Every component, from the felt and straw used as the hat body, to the leather sweatbands, silk linings and the French hand stitched ribbons - they are all the best quality we have found and will continue to be until a superior alternative becomes available.

The equipment used to make our hats are works of art themselves. These are the very same machines that generations ago made the finest hats the world has ever known. Maintaining this level of quality and workmanship is considered cost prohibitive in the modern hat industry. We beg to disagree.
